Join me in this 10 week class designed to increase our heart rates and boost our joy. We’ll shimmy and spin the winter blahs away.
My goal as your Belly Hoop Flow facilitator will be to keep us moving and in the flow for the whole class (water breaks acceptable, of course). We will learn belly dance skills and combos in our warm up and cool down, with the rest of the class devoted to the hoop.
This interdisciplinary approach to dance exploration can improve our grace and posture in the hoop and encourage embodiment of belly dance.
Hoops and hips scarfs will be provided. Preregister below or on the first day of class: but keep in mind space is limited due to hula hoop use.
